Terms and Conditions
- All bookings require a $300.00 deposit. No less than 1 month prior to the wedding (preferably on booking).
- The Deposit is non-refundable. It will be deducted from your balance on completion of the job or kept as a termination fee should you choose to cancel your appointment.
- We love to travel and are more than happy to go just about anywhere (in Australia). However, any venues further than 100km from Corryong will be charged at $1.00 p/km.
- Payment of your package must be paid on or before the Wedding day. Additional charges like travel or extra time, will be invoice separately. You will not receive your photographs until all invoices are paid in full.
- We do not provide EFTPOS facilities so all payments must be made via Cash, Cheque, or Direct Deposit.
- All prices quoted on our website are GST inclusive.
- We require an itinerary of your big day no less than 2 week prior to the event. This assists us in planning and preparing.
- Platinum Package: You have full control of your day, as a result we require good communication to enable us to confidently prepare. We will also require at least one phone conference/meeting within that period to fully understand your requirements, to ensure your expectations can be met.
- If your package includes our presence at the reception, we will require a meal and a private place to consume it.
- Premium quality prints are also available in all popular sizes on request.
- Minimum order of $100 applies to prints ordered.
- All portraits are taken in colour, other adjustments or colour preferences can be made on request.
- Once the client has been given their private gallery password they will have 7 DAYS to place their order.
